Endeavor UAE Scale-Up event returned on February 28 for its 2nd edition to bring together its network of entrepreneurs, mentors, partners, and investors to focus on scaling up in the region. As entrepreneurs progress with their startups, they face challenges, obstacles, and complexity that get in their way of scaling up their businesses. The main issues revolve around Access to Capital, Access to Talent, and Access to Markets. The event focused on addressing the challenges entrepreneurs face as they transition from the startup phase to the growth phase.
