Sultan has VC, PE, operating, and investment banking experience in Saudi Arabia, UAE and internationally.

 

He currently is a Director in the Private Equity arm of The Olayan Group (Olayan Financing Company) in the Middle East offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which he joined as an Associate Director in October 2019.

 

Sultan joined Olayan Saudi Holdings Company (OSHCO) in late 2017, the operating arm of the business. As member of the management team in charge of operating OSHCO’s holdings in the healthcare sector and later he joined the management team of the Coca Cola Bottling Company Saudi Arabia (CCBCSA).

 

Prior to joining The Olayan Group, Sultan worked at the private equity arm of Abu Dhabi based Waha Capital a publicly listed investment firm for four years.

 

Sultan is a member of the Olayan Family Council as well as a member of the steering committee for the Suliman S. Olayan Foundation, the philanthropic arm of The Olayan Group.

 

He began his career at Credit Suisse Hong Kong as a research analyst in the fixed income division of the bank in Hong Kong.

 

Sultan is a graduate of Northeastern University with a B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

 

He speaks Arabic (fluent), English (fluent), German and French.
