Rayan has 14+ years of experience in management consulting and leading strategic initiatives, building digital solutions and products, and driving operational excellence in the education technology industry. 
 
Rayan was previously a Manager with Strategy&, a leading global management consulting firm, where he led high-impact strategy engagements across public and private sectors, driving growth and optimizing operations for organizations in tech, education, media, and more. He also serves as a board member at Diglossia, an edtech dedicated to improving Arabic language literacy through standards-based Arabic assessments.
 
At Pearson, he held multiple roles, leading international teams in building digital products and solutions, executing digital transformations, and developing growth and pricing strategies. He has successfully driven several projects impacting more than 100k learners and generating more than $50M in revenue across the region.
 
Rayan holds an MBA degree from London Business School and a B.E. in Computer and Communication Engineering from Notre Dame University.
